LE SAINT-PAULET
It has been three years since Alice and Eric Barnouin set up their establishment on Saint-Paul Drive. As a child of the country, Eric wanted to work with his wife and despite very distant journeys they succeeded in their crazy bet. This affair happened by chance in this superb place, after rolling up their sleeves and sweating for months, they completely redesigned the address in their image. The original old stables have given way to a huge room with stone pointed ceilings, it's magical. The old bar from 1912 has been preserved and now occupies a prominent place in the setting, giving a real character to the place. On the spot, the duo treats its clientele with Mediterranean cuisine, tinged with Asian and Creole influences brought back by the lady from her travels to Reunion Island. There is no fixed menu so you can come back and enjoy the constant novelties: a hot bacon and goat cheese salad, poultry forest salad, beef steak with potato gratin and butternut mousseline, crème brûlée with chestnut cream, white chocolate heart chocolate fondant... Such delights cannot be forgotten!
