DOMAINE PÉLAQUIÉ
Luc Pélaquié is surely one of the best producers of the Laudun Appellation; every year he creates subtle and audacious blends. Attached to his terroir, this passionate winegrower raises two great growths (Tavel and Lirac) of a beautiful aromatic richness, elegant and fine Côtes-du-Rhône villages Laudun and Côtes du Rhône appellation regional supple and easy to drink. It offers connoisseurs white wines, round and full-bodied. With the principle of "picking ripe", he has the extraordinary patience to succeed in picking late in October because it is the guarantee of white wines with a nose that is both intense and fresh and long on the palate. Its classic white Laudun with citrus and white flesh fruit scents is a hit - it is particularly popular on the region's fine tables. The Luc Pélaquié range offers wines with a very good maturity from a larger selection of plots (80-year-old vines, 50-year-old Syrah) and vinified in 500-litre barrels. The estate is enlivened by occasional exhibitions of works by local artists, with events organised for the summer. You can find their news on their website or on Facebook.
