A sumptuous and impressive 12th-century complex (exchanged by Louis IX to found Aigues-Mortes), meticulously renovated by Arnaud and Pauline Le Bihan. The cloister is home to family rooms that breathe light, with fine, sophisticated design: prints or paintings, antique furniture. The restaurant is of equal quality. Le Chai has become a boutique-caveau stocked with the finest local wines and other souvenirs. Cultural events are held in the former church.
