Conservatory in the old Sauve valuing the craft know-how, the tradition of the manufacture of the micocoulier forks
In the historic center of Sauve, a tradition of craftsmanship continues with the production of hackberry forks. This regional tree, with its surprisingly small fruits that even squirrels are reluctant to eat, is at the heart of this ancestral know-how. The traditional manufacturing method remains, and these forks find their way to lavender growers, as well as being shipped to the Puy du Fou amusement park in the Vendée.
