Held by the Coste family for three generations, the estate, which is certified organic (40 ha - 21 of which are AOC Côtes-du-rhône Signargues), produces côtes-du-rhône and côtes-du-rhône villages. One vintage in particular stands out. His name?" Les Ombres " a silky and long keeping wine, 100 % syrah in mouth, aged 24 months in new barrels... Its secret? The harvest takes place at night. The village of Saze, in the Gard, is only a few kilometres from Avignon. Christophe and Sandrine Coste will be happy to welcome you. They also produce Châteauneuf-du-Pape (it is one of the only estates in the Gardois that can boast of it), and the estate has been in organic conversion for several years.
