L’AUBERGE DU GUIGARE
A few kilometres from the Pont du Gard, this old Provencal farmhouse has a nice restaurant and five guest rooms. Here you will find a flowered garden, beautiful potées filled with aromatic plants, a splendid th century glycine that brings flowery scent and shade on the terrace. This hostel is hosted by Gaël and his family. Here, everything is home, even bread. The vegetables come from the garden. The map follows the seasons, changes according to the arrivals, the inspiration of the leader, balance between modernity and tradition. The menu of the day at 12 € with the choice between 2 starters, three dishes, two desserts and the coffee in bonus is a nice overview of the chef's know-how, it is good, it is quality with quantity.
