In the heart of the medieval city, La Bistoure welcomes you at the entrance to the historic center. It's the originality of the decor that caught our eye. The brightly-lit rooms are all different, with personalized atmospheres. A furnished apartment can also be rented by the week, with bedroom and large living room adorned with a magnificent stone vaulted ceiling. On the first floor, the restaurant run by your hosts is a pleasant gourmet break for those who love pizzas and good wine! The friendly owners will make you feel right at home.

Simple et bon. Des habitués qui reviennent ça signe la constance de l'établissement. J'adore les pizzas et les desserts sont à tomber. Un incontournable de Sommières.

A une époque, on venait a la bistoure pour manger une bonne pizza, c'est fini depuis que les anciens patron sont partis, ma pizza était vraiment trop cuite, sans goût , et a des endroit sans garniture, et s'il vous plait, évité de répondre pour essayé de trompé de potentiel client, en résumé, si vous voulez mangé une bonne pizza, fuyez cet endroit.
