The residence, outside, does not pay a mine, but the Genestière welcomes you warmly. The institution has recently changed ownership. Myriam, François and Guy offer their best fresh products, meat, fish, fruits and vegetables, selected over the seasons. The semi-gastronomic map evolves several times per season and puts the land in a dignified place. On the plate, a creative setting delights the taste buds. Homemade homemade lamb mouse, cod haddock or the chocolate cute crunchy are just examples of a non-exhaustive list of carefully crafted goûtue cuisine by young chef Guy Pilon, who reigns in the kitchen. In the summer, you can enjoy the majestic cedar in the middle of the garden. In the glasses you can find good country wines to brighten up the dishes. It is never said enough: it is better to reserve beforehand before coming.
