The estate is a family home of about fifty hectares spread over the areas of the appellations Tavel, Lirac and vins de pays Coteaux de Cèze. The vine, grown organically since 2011, is now in the hands of the daughters of one of the founders Jacques Borrelly: Séverine Lemoine and Mélanie Borrelly. Two Tavel wines are included in the range, the classic cuvée, where the grape varieties have been vinified separately with the greatest care, to bring their typicality, the grenache, fat and fruity, the cinsault, finesse and length, the syrah and mourvèdre, a beautiful colour and red fruit aromas, and the Perle de culture cuvée, the result of the desire to collect the juice from the exceptional Vallongue terroir, where each plot of vines has been picked at the optimal date.
