This family property produces A.O.C. Tavel and Côtes du Rhône wines in the heart of one of Tavel's most prestigious historic estates, the Château de Trinquevedel. The estate produces excellent rosés, the traditional cuvée, with an expressive nose, very red fruits, a round attack, a full-bodied, powerful, full-bodied mouth, displaying a nice spicy and fruity complexity, the AutremenTavel cuvée, easier to access than its elders, a new generation of Tavel, a summer rosé with a fine and elegant structure, and the Les Vignes d'Eugène cuvée, an exceptional rosé, complex, gastronomic and long-lasting, with a mineral and floral finish. On the red side (the estate has been working on it for about ten years), the Sablon has a beautiful aromatic power.
