AUX PETITS CHEFS... DE GARE
We will be happy to enter this small village station, all the more so as here, not a painful journey… all you have to do is sit down and enjoy, everything happens on the plate. And it works! The reception is smiling and the chef knows how to transport the passengers he loads. Inspiration comes from the near land, with some escapades to bold blends and interesting inspirations. Caquelon of snails, cherry magret or bacon trout for the classics; supreme of green teas or vanilla day fish for small originalités. It is appreciated that the chef puts in place refined cuisine without setting aside simple dishes and cheap formulas.
