Don't be mistaken... and push the door of the Arena in Uchaud. Anthony will hold out his hand and welcome you with his legendary kindness. The room is certainly small but this restaurant with its tables covered with traditional checkered tablecloths is full every day... and it is not rare that conversations cross from one table to another.
