Les Ruchers de Puech Cabrier in Uchaud, run by Sébastien Floutier, offers a wide range of artisanal organic honeys. Passionate about nature, he manages 700 organic beehives ideally situated in the middle of wild vegetation such as the Cévennes National Park, the garrigue, the Corbières, the Jura forest and the Petite Camargue. Thanks to well-planned transhumance, the hives benefit from optimal conditions, far from pollution zones. Despite the vagaries of the climate, Sébastien's commitment has resulted in a diversified annual harvest of organic honeys with unrivalled flavours.
