A point of appointment for the Uzétiens and the forced passage for tourists, Place aux Aux is an envied location and it can be said that Samy Alary, the Gérant Manager (ex Napoleon on Victor-Hugo in Nîmes), experienced when he acquired the two garages, transformed into bar and then in restaurant. Its terrace benefits from the permanent animation of the square until 23 am or midnight in the summer. During the day, the tables tomorrow under the arcades guarantee freshness. So, inevitably, in cooking it direction. And this busy address sometimes offers a welcome say… accelerated. Meals are served quickly to satisfy the customer but also to provide a second service. Fortunately, out of season, everything is less mechanical and, even if, on the market days, there are many passages, we take more time. Local dishes are rich: Cuttlefish à, honey duck magret, pick from haddock to spinach shoots, andouillette old mustard sauce, thyme with thyme… a good wine cellar. There is a smile.

Comme toujours en France, l'expérience culinaire ne déçoit pas. Le personnel est poli et serviable avec les touristes et était heureux de traduire certains plats pour nous aider dans notre choix.
