Homemade foie gras, famous Uzès truffles, roasted pélardon, seasonal porcini mushrooms: you'll enjoy the best of the region here. Veal, beef and lamb rub shoulders with an excellent and generous selection of fish, all accompanied by a fine list of local and national wines. In summer, the garden, shaded by a large hackberry tree, offers a romantic setting, and sometimes a festive setting with concerts.
