Restaurant offering a traditional cuisine with a focus on market and Languedoc products
In the heart of Uzès' oldest hotel, Hostellerie Provençale, La Parenthèse restaurant appears to visitors as a warm, magical place, with its red-painted wooden façade. In this hushed setting, the table de choix is renowned. French chef François Duchesne, who cut his teeth in top-notch establishments, offers a traditional cuisine based on market and local produce, accompanied by wines from the Duchy of Uzès, the Cévennes and the Gard. We recommend a visit!

Nice discovery on this evening of July 14 and at "two" not from the famous "Place aux Herbs"! Good restaurant with simple, but well prepared kitchen. Very rich wine list, at very competitive prices. Welcome and smiling service. Heart of heart for this intimate terrace on the 3 rd floor, with breathtaking views of a few roofs of Uzes!
