Five years ago, Joel Chil Hagopian, in front of the Town Hall of Uzès, bought an ideally placed wine bar that he transformed into a brewery. Marie-Hélène, his wife, is in kitchen and the twins Benjamin and Matthew came to join them making this place a family affair. We spend a moment, take the aperitif around a plate, see people passing, drinking, eating on the thumb or quietly dining in a nice place. Here we work with a family. His wife and two children join with inexhaustible energy to provide openings for breakfast from, and until in the summer. Work hard! In order to facilitate the stay of non-Francophone visitors, all menus are reconstructed in English. On the à la carte menu, mixed plates of cold meats or cheeses are added to other variants, salads or hot dishes. As in all breweries, pizzas and quick formulas, sandwiches and oak are available. The desserts are all house and vary according to the seasons and the inspiration of the stove. You will taste everything with a wine from the Daisy countries.
