Yes it's a beautiful novel, and it's the story of Greg Gunié and Chloe Malherbe. From their encounter, their courage, their love of restoration, the Bec à Vin found a second life. The th century vaulted rooms are magical. It's a good idea to dine under this magnificent fig tree and to taste this traditional cuisine, prepared with market products and served with a smile.

Nous avons ensuite eu le bœuf et le canard. Les deux protéines étaient cuites à notre goût, cependant, les champignons et la polenta sur le bœuf étaient un peu fades, ce qui laissait à désirer. Cependant, la purée de potiron sur le canard était soyeuse.
Le personnel est incroyable et très serviable.

Stunning food! The entrees are massive searvjngs especially the carpaccio! We shared that and the mushroom soup between two and could only finish 3/4 of the beef. The soul as well was more on a purée side, but we weren’t mad about it.
We then got the beef and the duck. Both proteins were cooked to our liking, however, the mushrooms and the polenta on the beef were a bit bland which let the dish down. However, the pumpkin purée on the duck was silky smooth.
Staff are amazing and very helpful.
