Yes it's a beautiful novel, and it's the story of Greg Gunié and Chloe Malherbe. From their encounter, their courage, their love of restoration, the Bec à Vin found a second life. The th century vaulted rooms are magical. It's a good idea to dine under this magnificent fig tree and to taste this traditional cuisine, prepared with market products and served with a smile.

Un lieu surprenant fait de petits patios en enfilade. Une cuisine de qualité à base de produits frais et une belle carte des vins et bon rapport qualité/prix. Le service est un peu stressé mais c’était un vendredi d’août.

Une très belle et bonne adresse dans une petite rue derrière le château des ducs, un peu à l'écart de l'animation de cette magnifique ville d'uzès. Le cadre est exceptionnel avec ses patios qui vous transportent à une autre époque, l'accueil est charmant et la cuisine d'un excellent rapport qualité/prix si on s'en tient au menu du jour (la note monte très vite si on mange à la carte !). Les plats sont assez recherchés et à base de bons produits. Attention réservation obligatoire le samedi à midi, jour de marché !

Fortunately, we had reserved!
Saturday it is holiday and market day in the centre of Uzes.
The welcome is really nice and efficient service.
We have chosen the suggestions " the ardoise" : it was excellent for unbeatable prices on quantity plan and quality.
I saw that our neighbours enjoy themselves with their " tartare with couteau" it will be for my stay (terrace)!
The golden Palm is attributed for desserts.
Excellent value for money.
You must book.
