The Entraigues hotel dating from the 15th century is in the middle of the Centre historique of Uzès, between Château Ducal and Ancien Evêché, Cathédrale Saint-Théodorit and the Tour Fenestrelle. In the middle of the historic center, it is undoubtedly the best located hotel in Uzes. A panoramic terrace, solarium during the day, offers a 360 degree view. It opened its doors in July 2015, after a long period of rehabilitation. It offers 19 spacious rooms and 3 suites that combine comfort and design. It offers multiple services like a private closed garage. It is also the only one in this high place to have a swimming pool. Its lounges offer a row of vaults of 200 m2 where it is good to slouch. Neuralgic place of Uzès, it proposes objects and works gallery to be liked. Its bar offers a selection of the best wines from the region accompanied by dishes from the kitchen garden, delights of the senses and surprise of the palace inspired by travels. Here, meetings are casual, comfort plays with simplicity and luxury is unpretentious.

This was the best hotel we stayed at while in France. It is in a great location and the rooms are very interesting. The service was great, and the front desk helped us get a nice dinner reservation.
Points positifs: parking aisé à proximité (promenade des marronniers, tarif correct), gentillesse du personnel (mention particulière à Loic pour ses bons conseils "restaurant"), buffet petit déjeuner varié et très bon, chambre spacieuse (50 mètres carrés), propreté générale, piscine pour se détendre après une journée de visites.
Points à améliorer: travaux à proximité qui nous réveillaient trop tôt quand on est en vacances, mobilier de la chambre un peu spartiate (un séchoir à vêtements serait appréciable, deux chaises au bureau, notamment), peu de produits d'hygiène dans la salle de bain, eau de la piscine froide.
En conclusion, je recommande vivement cet hôtel et j'y reviendrai volontiers lors d'un prochain séjour à Uzes.
