COFFEE WORKSHOP
By crossing the door of this special workshop, childhood memories recur rapidly. The aromas of a just roasted coffee surround you with their delicious aromas. Julien Hurard is one of the last French roasters à in traditional methods and uses a-year-old wood and charcoal machine. This master craftsman has his own creations, notably the Uzétien, which consists of an assemblage of five arabicas from Central America, South America and a moka of Ethiopia and which won, in 2013, the Silver Medal of the Gard Gourmand (Taste Activist). Here, everything is possible to satisfy all the palates. Julien will offer you the coffee that best meets your expectations and will advise you on mixtures. From the big cru to green coffee (product with the virtues equivalent to those of green tea), you will necessarily find the right one!
