Truffles are celebrated through a series of themed evenings, culminating in a special day at the famous market.
The Uzès Agricultural Promotion Committee organizes the Truffle Weekend in January. The success of this weekend has made it an exceptional event. Truffles are showcased at a number of events: the winegrowers' evening, where producers present their wines; the bodega evening, where truffle dishes are accompanied by vintages from the winegrowers of the Duchy of Uzès; Truffle Night, where Michelin-starred chefs from the Gard region combine black truffles with fine local produce; and Truffle Day, with its dedicated market open to all.
