As a result, he creates over fifty flavors of macaroons, fresh from the oven every day, including a whole range of ephemera that changes with the seasons, like black truffles for example, since we're in his capital. Savory flavors, such as foie gras or tapenade, sit alongside chocolate raspberry or chestnut cream. In the colorful boutique, you can watch the production process in action.
