Martial Picon has been baking his bread in his Provencal bakery in the heart of Uzès since 2002. The quality of his work is unquestionable and Martial collects awards. He was notably honoured with the gold medal at the Gard Gourmand competition for his orange blossom shuttles, and his aniseed shuttle was also awarded. He respects traditions and makes his speciality, bread, by hand. Excellent with cod brandade. Taste also the pavé d'Uzès and the traditional fougasse, crispy to perfection.
