Les Truffières d'Uzès is a place where different events take place. For example, it's a truffle bar every Thursday evening from January to March, subject to production. An ephemeral restaurant for groups at lunchtime and in the evenings, subject to reservation, during the same period. In recent years, Michel Tournayre, owner of this family estate, has converted almost 20% of the land to develop production of the famous black diamond. Educational tours take you to the heart of the truffle plantations, and the visit is always followed by the opening of the boutique.
