BAR DES PLATANES
Catering for some years, this Plane Bar also offers catering service on site or to take away. If the client has no choice - the establishment has a unique menu - the quality remains at the meeting: The meat is fresh - flagpoles, tournedos, bulls'ribs - freshly caught fish and everything is cleverly cooked by Didier, the master of the places. In particular, it has to be famous between traditional cuisine and Mediterranean specialities: You'll be advised of burbot bourride, fisherman's pot, veal head, gribiche sauce, duck legs… or for house - and on order - bouillabaisse, couscous or paella. Every Thursday, the Plane Bar has a home-to-fire specialty, plays beef or florentine fricot, anchoïade- and the summer restaurant invests the large esplanade overlooking the course.
