In the heart of the hamlet of Gallican, this friendly, welcoming address is a veritable HQ. Run by a former raseteur and manadier, Thierry offers generous, family-style cooking, with a speciality of raço di biou Camargue bull meat from his own stud farm. When the weather's fine, enjoy lunch in the small, shady square. And just across the road, stop off at the grocery store offering a selection of local products.

Après la charcuterie de taureau +++ ! Le filet de taureau est à tomber par terre
Il se découpe
à la « fourchette » digne d un Michelin mais ne l’ébruitez pas ! Le cadre : c’ est la vraie Camargue. (Le taureau c’ est le menu du soir par chance sur demande on l’a eu à midi)
En sortie midi entre collègues, merci au patron de nous recevoir à 13h pour un service rapide.
Super serveuse qui est agréable et sympa malgré nos exigences d'horaire.
