Run by a former raseteur and manadier, Thierry offers generous, family-style cooking, with a speciality of raço di biou Camargue bull meat from his own stud farm. Super restaurant, service au top, le personnel est très accueillant et sympathique, très bonne ambiance et cuisine excellente (nous avons pris les pavés de Taureau ils sont très tendres), typique de la région et les desserts sont maison et réussis.
