A family affair with René Bouet, grandfather and passionate shepherd: his parents were already making the cheese that has become the company's signature, Trident, a fromage frais with a bay leaf, now one of the best cheeses in France. Louis and his partner Salomé, the 6th generation, have now joined their parents at the head of the cheese dairy. Their boutique, next to the production workshop, is a treasure trove. Un accueil chaleureux, des fromages d’exception, détaillé par Louis ou Salomé, de bon conseil sur le choix de bières où vin pour accompagner les succulentes planches préparées avec soin. Un moment agréable dans un cadre champêtre. J’y retournerais avec plaisir
