DOMAINE DE GRESSAC
30 km north of Uzès, the hill of Gressac overlooks the Cèze valley which flows at its feet. The Gressac estate covers 115 hectares in the Natura 2000 protected area and is one of the oldest organic wine estates in France still in operation. The Cèze river flows at the foot of the domain. The domain of Gressac is also a breeding of pure Spanish breed. The horses are born and raised in freedom and in a herd on about twenty hectares of meadow and shaded forests. They live according to the seasons, feeding mainly on fat grass, hay and organic alfalfa. The well-being of the mothers and their foals is paramount for a harmonious growth. Living outdoors does not prevent daily contact with humans. The foals are approached and handled at a very young age, which allows strong bonds to be forged and avoids that man is a stress factor, but rather a pleasure based on sharing.

Promenades, dégustation de vins naturels du Domaine, piscine, plage privée au bord de la rivière, chevaux espagnols, moutons et poules…le cadre est splendide. Les propriétaires sont charmants et passionnés.
Une parenthèse de bonheur.
Un cadre exceptionnel, du vin bio et nature absolument divin, des détails soignés et de très bons goûts.

We have organized a week-long team building event for our company, with 19 participants, mid-October at the Domaine de Gressac. All I can say is that it was excellent and awesome. The location is beautiful, peaceful, the hosts are very nice, the food catering made by the company suggested by the Domaine was very good. My whole team spent an excellent week, and built memories that will last for very long. Much recommended!
