Cidrerie Pépine is an artisanal cider house created by Aglaé and Aubry. They offer a range of organic and natural ciders, made from local Normandy apples. Cider production is annual and limited, as the apples are processed as they are harvested. The majority of apples are sourced from local farms within 80 km of the cider house. The ciders are made with indigenous yeasts, natural bubbling in the bottle and no added sulfites. The different cuvées offer a variety of tastes and aromas.
