Welcome to a... Herculean vault (yes, let's not forget that Heracles is the Greek name for Hercules). No less than 7 million litres are produced here every year. And above all, if Heracles has accomplished his twelve works alone, the cellar has a lot of know-how: winegrowers and oenologists work together to produce wines in A.O.P. Costières de Nîmes, IGP d'Oc, IGP Gard, Vin de France and Organic Grape Juice.
And all this will be explained to you at the cellar during a tasting visit which will teach you a lot...
The new state-of-the-art Heracles cooperative cellar was inaugurated in 2018 and is the largest cooperative cellar for organic wine in France.
