The managers have given a new lease of life to this contemporary hotel, whose 14 rooms have been recently refurbished to make them cosy and bright. The Relais Sarrasin also features a listed restaurant. À la Table d'Alexandre offers contemporary cuisine that's both honest and inventive. Local produce is flavored with fruity notes: onion confit tart, pélardon mousse with mushrooms, trout fillet and shrimp stuffing, artichoke and soy foam, braised cod steak with chorizo, or Label Rouge guinea fowl supreme roasted in forestière. The menu changes with the seasons, and the friendly welcome perpetuates the spirit of the bistros of yesteryear.
