In the heart of one of the nicest hamlets of the Gard, Marc Clausse has taken over the reins of the Centaur, a village brasserie-brasserie with contemporary look, despite the ancestral soul of the old stones of the building. Three beautiful terraces surround this establishment where you can enjoy its menu with the finest stones of Vézénobres. A parking lot is located at the foot of the ramparts and the stairs in the middle of the parking lot lead you directly onto the Centaure terrace. Here you can enjoy all the desires (tapas card, salad card, carpaccio and barbecue in summer). The dish of the day is rich, whether it is a duck thigh stuffed with ceps or a roasted filet, with peppers sauce, accompanied by hashed potatoes and salad. The desserts are made home. In the afternoon, in summer, the restaurant becomes a tea salon with a map of generous teas and homemade cakes and pies. In the evening, the atmosphere becomes a festive one because the Centaur is a beautiful part of music by organizing relaxation tapas to enjoy by listening to an Gypsy jazz orchestra until midnight.
