HALLES BIO
Born in 2006 in the Vézénobres region, Patrick Vanuxeem takes over a farm that produces organic vegetables, develops the sale, becomes known on the markets and ends up in a little narrower in his hangar in Saint-Hilaire-de-Brethmas. An opportunity, in the form of a 200 m ² room, is a former restaurant on the main road. Patrick has already worked as a producer to enrich his range of vegetables with wines and grape juice, kiwifruit, apples, flour, garlic, bread and goat cheeses, all of which are local and organic, provided by local producers, from Roquemaure to Lunel by the Cevennes. The House is not always, which is also due to prices that are still attractive for organic farming. Today, he works in partnership with four local producers and has six outlets across the department.
