A verdant entrance, large windows overlooking the outdoors and, of course, flowers and plants scattered throughout the space. Few bouquets and no excess flowers, but "samples" arranged with refinement. This is where Sophie, a master florist by trade, shows the full extent of her talent, juggling bits and pieces, two or three branches, an amaryllis stem and voilà... Hats off to the artist! Sophie is also president of the florists' union and a technology education advisor, as well as giving courses in floral decoration.
