The Chartreuse oil mill has been in operation for 650 years, and its bottles regularly win gold medals. Adjacent to the mill, the Maison Bronzini is a place apart, a global concept of restaurant-bar-tea room-boutique-mill that can be shared. From the mill, where olives are processed directly, to the dining room, to the small lounges at tea time in front of the fireplace. The restaurant's menu is renewed every 10 days and stands out for its desserts.

Très bel endroit mais rapport qualité prix on n'y est pas .. sommes nous tombés sur les seuls plats qui ne sont pas à la hauteur ?! On m avait vendu sa réputation et j'ai été très déçu plat sans goût à 25€ plat enfants frites maisons (très bonnes) + findus 12€ je trouve que les prix des plats ne correspond pas...
