Sit down at the Hortus Café on the upper terrace of the gardens facing the abbey, it is Alexia who offers market cuisine with vegetable pies: zucchini, asparagus, cébette, and mozzarella; creamy bagels of sheep's milk, tomatoes, salad, honey vinaigrette. accompagnées d'une salade, et gâteaux maison. Les recettes sont originales et excellentes . Je suis toujours bluffée par l'alliance habile des saveurs, notamment dans les tartes salées où même la pâte est subtilement parfumée au cacao, à la farine de maïs, de sarrazin... Une vraie cuisine maison et de qualité qui offre de belles découvertes gustatives.
