Not always easy to find a Provencal market in Avignon, we recommend the one in Villeneuve! It's not very big, but you can find everything. Even truffle oil and seafood from the Etang de Thau de méditerranée at a very interesting price. For the nougat don't be fooled, be careful with the weight!
