This is a very good address for lovers of very good cheeses. They are not ripeners but they select quality products, farmhouse cheeses from small producers, local cheeses, PDO and foreign cheeses. Some products are seasonal, for example you will find raclette or fondue ingredients as soon as the first cold weather arrives. In summer, prefer small fresh goat cheeses. You will also be tempted by fresh pasta and artisanal Corsican charcuterie, also a delicatessen section.
