Tielle is undoubtedly one of the most appreciated local specialties in the region and the Dassé family history is linked to this delicious product. Indeed, Adrienne Virduci, the great-grandmother of the Dassé brothers commercialized the first tielle in 1937. Four generations later, Frédéric and Lionel Dassé perpetuate tradition while giving it a modern touch. In their new store in Balaruc-les-Bains, they have a spacious showroom and a tasting space. You can discover the specialty and many of its versions there. You want to note that a catering service is also in place.

Si la tielle, est excellente,il n en est pas de même,pour les moules farcies,j en ai acheté vendredi,pensant me régaler,mais le goût était quelconque,une sauce tomate plate,et acide,vraiment un plat trés décevant.. peut être une erreur de parcours ???
