A true invitation to travel, the Palais de Indra - Gandhi - has discovered in a traditional Indo-Pakistan framework refined all the wonders of the cuisine of these regions. In addition to Biryani and curries, the specialty of the house is the Tandoori: meat marinated in soft spices and then toast in clay oven called Tandoori, a soft and scented delight to wish. We also loved lamb with spinach and spices with homemade bread - nan - sometimes cheese, vegetables or simply nature. The beautiful variety of vegetables, rice and other lenses is also a real treat. Please note that the hotel also offers vegetarian menus, for which India has a Secret.
