After a few months of work, this brasserie offers tempting cuisine. On one of the best places of the city with a large glass bay overlooking the square and two large terraces on the aisles Paul Riquet. Jackson, Nicolas and the whole team offer a brasserie that also has changed and won in quality. Liver gras house, Caesar salad, blanquette that we tasted and enjoyed. The map is short, the «home» predominates, the establishment is known as «master restaurant» since its reopening. The wine list is not in the Reste d'Hortes area of the Colombette area. One of the city's safe addresses.

Il est anormal qu on nous propose des suggestions oralement sans nous présenter l ardoise et nous dire qu il y aura un supplément si on choisit le menu. En plus la serveuse incitait lourdement pour que nous choisissions les suggestions. Avec les suppléments le prix à été doublé de 50%

Bon service. Le repas, fish and chips décevant. La pâte a été molle y pas croustillante. On l’a signalé et la réponse a été: je dirai au chef. Pas d’excuses, pas de compensation. Une hausse d’épaules.

La réservation n'était pas présente à notre arrivée mais une cheffe de rang nous a installer rapidement à une table.

Cuisine très bonne et personnel agréable! Nous avons fêté l’anniversaire d’un membre de notre famille et comme le restaurant est relié avec une boulangerie /pâtisserie, ils ont su nous faire un gâteau pour 4 personnes! Le plus, sans supplément car ils ont fait rentrer le gâteau dans la formule.
