This butchery, a reference to Béziers, keeps its quality year in and year out. The meat is purchased in the Aveyron and Tarn. A few hams and sausages from the biterrois hinterland - to taste absolutely for those who don't know - side with homemade homemade crues and homemade crues preparations that will make the most demanding temptation. These include, for example, cooked ham, fricandeaux or andouillettes. Don't miss the catering radius, everything is excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It's always a pleasure to shop at this butchers. The meat is of a high quality and from different breeds, hung to varying levels of maturity and the pleasant owner is knowledgeable and approachable. A decent selection of cold meats and cheeses too complete the experience. If you want to eat meat, eat less but better quality.

Excellente expérience! Toutes les compétences que l'on peut attendre d'un traiteur sont bien présentes, tant dans l'equipe (cuisinier et serveur = discret, efficace, politique, organisé et adaptabilité) que dans le menu proposé. Tous les convives ont apprécié le repas!

Une boucherie traditionnelle avec du choix dans les viandes de très grande qualité ! Des produits exceptionnels, des plats préparés succulents, de la charcuterie travaillée.
Une maison familiale accueillante toujours avec les sourire et de très bons conseils pour vous guider dans le choux des viandes. Je recommande vivement ce commerce de proximité !
