Initially a vineyard, the family estate has been devoted to olive growing since 1999, as well as to the cultivation of pomegranate trees for the production of pomegranate juice. The soil, made up of ancient garrigues, is favourable to the traditional cultivation of olive trees, particularly the Languedoc varieties: the olive tree, the picholine, but also the lucques. The Purseigle family welcomes you to their direct sales shop, in the Ddmaine de Galinenque, to encourage short circuits.
