An elegant and very pleasant setting for this restaurant with a subdued atmosphere. The cuisine is refined and creative. As a starter, you can choose between the semi-cooked duck foie gras with its vanilla green tomato jam, the sardine and anchovy marinade or the octopus carpaccio. Then, we give in to the call of the medallion of monkfish, roasted lamb mouse or the beef entrecote à la Béarnaise. To conclude, banana nems with chocolate verrine, Berber millefeuille with orange blossom or Norwegian omelette... for an excellent quality/price ratio.
