Refined and creative cuisine to enjoy in a pleasant restaurant in Clermont l'Hérault.

An elegant and very pleasant setting for this restaurant with a subdued atmosphere. The cuisine is refined and creative. As a starter, you can choose between the semi-cooked duck foie gras with its vanilla green tomato jam, the sardine and anchovy marinade or the octopus carpaccio. Then, we give in to the call of the medallion of monkfish, roasted lamb mouse or the beef entrecote à la Béarnaise. To conclude, banana nems with chocolate verrine, Berber millefeuille with orange blossom or Norwegian omelette... for an excellent quality/price ratio.

We come once per quarter and " Le Tournesol " is the circumstances. The terraces are superb and varieties of dishes is worth the detour. It is peaceful and it is very good. But it is not that good, it is well presented and one is at ease. Qality value!
