Hello, I go straight (yesterday) from a 2 weeks stay to Peru with Culture contact and I must say that the EXTRAORDINARY word are all sounds meaning here! Life in a local family Yucay and communities of Lake Titicaca fed unforgettable moments and forts in emotions. No false note. Beyond the breathtaking beauty of the Peruvian sites, human is in the centre of this tour (including the group of visitors - 6 max). Supervision of a very high - quality in of the Erick and Walther, local French-speaking guides, and simple but very good living conditions participated to transform my first solidarity travel into a rich and unforgettable experience. I aware to be still under the blow emotion by writing these lines, in a few days, my testimony would have been more " concret" but, for the time being, I remember the value of the exchange. Just an extra word concerning the association. Culture Contact serious and is involved in local projects leaving at the communities the treatment to be arranged. Alexandre, our contact in France, also the questions precisely and explains clearly upstream conditions of this journey while planning, in particular, a meeting call the presence of all participants. And, if you want to visit to Gignac (Herault), it will be happy to with coffee! Only one regret, not to have pushed the adventure as far as the amazon! To live, absolutely!
Association by means that we left to Peru in 2010. An unforgettable trip, perfectly organised, as a small group (6 people maximum) and qualified guides and listening. Prices are not more expensive than a classic tower opérator except that the journey is solidarity above all, contact with the population is supported and a percentage of the price contributes to various projects on site. Obviously in contrepartis, one is a 3 star hotel but a minimum comfort is maintained.
