As the address suggests, the lake is a stone's throw away and after the walk, what a pleasure to find a table to satisfy our appetites. Here, we don't play the bluster. The house does not have a crazy charm but the environment does. Anyway, we are not here to eat the decor but the content of the dishes prepared by Jean-René, who is essentially inspired by his terroir. His wife, Martine, will be happy to praise you for the Salvetois delicacy or if you prefer warm sausages in salads, hot foie gras with seasonal fruits, trout, beef steak with morels without forgetting chestnut mousse and chestnut cream tiramisu.

Nous y étions allés début octobre, le rapport qualité prix était correct. Là plus de menu. Le duo de foie gras, il y avait une petite tranche, où était le duo ? La salade de saumon, très peu de lamelles de saumon. Le veau, remplacé par du poulet. Les frites maison pas cuites. Nous n'avons même pas eu envie de prendre un dessert. Sans compter le Ricard qui était un peu trop léger pour 1 dose. Nous n'y retournerons plus
