In Marseillan for 8 generations, the Henry family has run a restaurant-bar and wine cellar, with a view of the port. Slow food and family cuisine enthusiasts are well served, with fresh local and seasonal products in the spotlight and a focus on sustainable fishing. No farmed fish on the menu but bass, swordfish, St. Pierre, oysters, monkfish tails, sea snails... Also beef from Aubrac, duck confit, black pudding parmentier, pig confit, brouillade with truffles from Lalbenque, etc.

Menu and the tempting dishes served up. All starters like with a special mention browned oysters. A fine wine list. Excellent reception. We are in a hurry to come back.

Small room is a little tight, very good food fish and seafood for a reasonable price (menu less from €15). You can taste very fine wines and spirits. good address
